Frequently Asked Questions

• A complimentary consultation is required before booking any session. This consultation confirms your appointment and helps us ensure we’re the right fit.

• At the time of booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. All payments can be made via Zelle or Apple Pay.

• The final balance payment is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot, unedited images will not be sent out until the remaining balance from the shoot has been paid.

• Please make sure to book at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired shoot date.

• Unedited images will be sent out via email within 1-2 business days from when photos are taken.

• Final retouches will be returned to clients within 10–14 business days from the day you make your selections. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

• All final retouches will be edited with GolderBaahStudios' signature editing style. Please remember that you are booking me based on my unique editing and shooting style. If there are specific changes you would like, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate.

• Additional edited images are available for $20 each.

• A rush fee is available for expedited processing:

  • $200 for a 2–3 day turnaround

• If you are unable to attend your photo session, the deposit will act as a cancellation fee. However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before the original session date and book a new date and time, the deposit can be credited towards the future session. If a mutually agreeable date and time cannot be found, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• GolderBaahStudios takes the utmost care in handling exposure, transportation, and processing of photographs, using both professional-grade and backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event that the client’s photographs are lost, stolen, or destroyed, whether due to reasons within or beyond GolderBaahStudios' control, we will refund the full amount paid for the photoshoot.

• GolderBaahStudios is not responsible for studio rentals. Clients are responsible for any studios that they would like to use.

• If you’d like your photoshoot to be held in a studio we will do the work of booking the studio for you at the studio rates.

• All clients and GolderBaahStudios are expected to arrive at the photoshoot on time.

• If I am late for your shoot, I will inform you in advance and ensure you receive the full duration of the time you have booked.

• Clients are expected to come with a professional mindset to create the best images possible and to make efficient use of the time. Any rude or disrespectful clients or guests will be asked to leave.

• Bring A Friend! No more than 3!

• Hair and makeup must be done upon arrival.

• There is a travel fee associated with all bookings outside of DC, Virginia, and Maryland (DMV Area). Please consult before booking to confirm availability and travel fee.

• Please arrive on time, the session end time will not be extended due to the client being late. There is an additional $50 late fee that will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 30 minutes late.

• After 30 minutes , your session will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. In order to reschedule or to book a new shoot, a new deposit will be required.

I do not provide raw or unedited photos from the session. You will receive only the number of photos included in your package, fully edited by me.

I understand that weather conditions can affect plans, so rescheduling due to bad weather is allowed. We can arrange to reschedule the photoshoot for another day with the same deposit. If we cannot find a new session date, I can refund the deposit.
